Good morning everyone and Happy Wednesday! I am pretty excited that get to start at 9 today. It was so nice not having to get up and rush around. Sometimes that works to my disadvantage and I go too slow ha ha. I would like to get a hot chocolate this morning so I am moving at a pretty good pace Day number three of positively gorgeous weather. It was a little cool but warmed up pretty quickly. There was a banana moon and several stars twinkling about. It was relatively quiet except for a few cars that were out and about early. I had one bunny pop out in front of me. The rest of the critters must have sill been in bed. I am very pleased to report that my run went super. I was expecting some sort of pain in the lower back but I had none. It went so smooth. I was even able to pick up the pace a bit. I did five and a half miles and kept about a 7:50 pace. I am so pleased. It makes such a difference when you have a chiropractor like mine! Thank you Dr. Rimbey Time to finish getting ready for.my day. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
