Good morning fb fam, today one of my dearest cousins will be laid to rest. Guess what, although it feels like she is gone to soon, I know how she lived her life was pleasing to the almighty Himself. She was a gentle, loving, kind lighted, great woman of God, who was fearless in her battle while serving God. She was an absolute delight, who changed your very presence once you encountered her beauty, her talent, or her zeal for the Lord. It was her angelic voice that brought great tears of joy at my wedding when she rendered We Shall Behold Him almost 21 years ago. She had a voice that soothed souls all the while singing opera music that the Lord and the angels could feel above the clouds. She was a giver and mediator of peace, there were many encouraging words she shared that inspired me to love others in spite of. There are so many wonderful things I could say about Mrs. Audrey Ferguson, however her biggest gift on earth was how she adored her family especially her mother Aunt Mary, her husband(Rudolph, sons(Marlin, Randolph Ferguson,Randall Ferguson and the special relationship she had with my grandmother Addie Ford. She loved our entire family. She will be missed and loved for an eternity by those here. However the heavenly choir has acquired a new director and psalmist as she renders We Shall Behold Him one final time before the Lord.
