Good morning friends! Feeling a little run down? Dont neglect a recharge. Do something just for fun that can be mental, physical or emotional. Sometimes the mental stress is big, take some time to pray, meditate, read the Bible or go to church. By letting go of the stressor, you will free yourself up. You can do a physical recharge by exercising, getting a massage, going on a walk, or whatever you do enjoy. The emotional recharge is spending time with people you genuinely enjoy being with whether by phone, email, chat, Facebook, or in person. Take the time and you will go longer that way. Hang in there. This will pass.
