Good morning from the Valley here at the Farm....nice and cool at the Farm. Awakened by skunk smell penetrating thru open window,with fan in it, about 5 this morning....bout 15 min. before alarm went off. Made some pinwheels last night...so easy but so good...take one softened pkg of cream cheese mix in a big firm diced tomato, a diced cucumber,diced pepper,1/2 pkg of crisp fried crumbled bacon, 2 stalks of celery diced, 1/2 onion diced a little garlic a little of whatever you like. Mix together well. Take 3 large tortilla shells divide mixture on each of the shells, spread evenly over shells, roll up like cinnamon roll dough .....store over night in fridge...they will set and get firm....next morning slice in 1/2" pinwheels. Refreshing treat instead of something sweet. Gotta get on the move... Started water a while before dark.... Last night ....is dry again out there...enjoying Joyce Meyers message ... "Whoa" how to be Godly in an unGodly world...what would happen if everyone that claims to be a Christian would go out and act like one.... ?
