Good morning, its sue updating classes this week. There are spaces on Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. its RIP AKA body pump but with more unph! Its a great small group workout - (need to book as one space now available), also Tuesday Hiit training - its a 30 min class at 7 pm and has spaces. I am considering also a 6:15pm HIIT (depending on numbers) so please book your place. Dont forget piloxing Sat at 1 pm booking essential - Pilates is also available, Pilates for men and anti and post natal for ladies also available. Please contact us for more information thanks Sue.
