Good morning on this Autumn Sunday. Forget the Ebenezer - TopicsExpress

Good morning on this Autumn Sunday. Forget the Ebenezer Scrooges, Landlords of Dublin ! with the negative closed minded regressive estate agents fronting them with their greedy little paws, they are worse than the vultures on the Plains of Africa, they are a psychological case study of their own. The best way forward is to form a community forum of balanced focused ICT - Creative individuals not thinking money money investment but thinking how we can grow as forum and community to develop minds and souls around us, in this incubation space. Buildings in either the hands of the Dublin city council or that famous lunch bar nama is in abundance. WE plug into AMERICAN go for it - mindset , talk to the best high tech incubation funds and assert our readiness to the board of Google and other visionary companies will find us. The A game of Sir Richard Branson is what we need to make this happen. My Welsh ancestors, slayed Dragons ! so why would I want to associate my positive self with such an evil creature ;-) . The most important part is founding this community group of, tech heads, financial and project managers from an international and Irish pool of entrepreneurs, then we would be able to hold up to these boards. We would be pitching as a 15 person team to follow through on all binding obligations to make this a proper collocation incubation space Google CampusDublin. My vision, is for a real true group of progressive open modern minds to grow and exceed expectations by founding this space. The aim of this visionary mission is to establish a large, large space. A good example would be those floors of lost greed in Balls bridge, buildings amounted to nothing, standing empty with a view. I had also found that Ranelagh glass building on the corner by the canal, opposite the Hilton hotel with a wall of windows, foot to roof, to be interesting, seems like a cool tech crew has taken a floor as you see a couple of geeks standing outside in Jedi shirts and all that funny stuff. Besides the rant ;-) this is an actual necessity for mankind to grow. I thought of this funny equation We have a constant set of ready to go,1000 people, have standard business briefs of a good plan to go eCommerce, sell online. So the ideas of each person is allowed a voice with courage behind them. We submit ongoing applications to council, from this new CampusDublin community company with an application for voucher funding within the new scheme structure to access the € 2500, set aside for online trading in these forms of vouchers from Irish government to sell online. At any one given time we would then have this accrued total. That sums up to being = €2500 * 1000 ( people ) = €2,500 000. Part of the CampusDublin agreement with the council voucher scheme, would be to incorporate a 10% €250 deduction from an approved go online idea, as set aside for cloud sever hosting , which we cloud operate in house from the CampusDublin . The cloud could be part funded and so we would only require 5%€125 of the 10% split and the other %5 could be paid in the CampusDublin utilities fund, to keep the oil burning. This works if you get out the pencil and calculator and snap on a few other funding partners, JV big brand names to make this a winner and open up this CampusDublin by 2015. Sir Richard Branson , after brunch do read this ;-) Copyright and Idea : M.M.Mommsen
