Good morning, people, how is everyone this fine day? Were back here at the Bakery, cooking up good things for the finest customers anyone could ever ask for. We hope to hit on one or two of YOUR favorites this week. The fresh asparagus is just so beautiful, we cannot resist using it again. Why not try our Asparagus, Spring Onion and Laura Chenel Goat Cheese Quiche today - all the lovely flavors of the season, presented in our delightfully flaky crust. Pair it with a salad, or take a slice to go. You wont be disappointed. Our salad today will be a Fingerling Potato in Creamy Pesto Dressing, served on fresh-picked lettuce. We love the combination of pesto and potato, and well be sure to tinker with it until we get it just right. Weve got some other tasty things here that should make this just perfect. The sandwich makers are toying with a new idea back there today - frankly, we dont even know what to call it. A pizza sandwich? A calzone sandwich? It reminds us of something called a stromboli, but thats not quite right, either. Why dont you come have one, then help us name it? Its going to be layered salami, mozzarella and sun dried tomato on our fresh ciabatta roll, then pressed on our sandwich grill. Try one, itll be fun! Our dining room is open at 7:30 and were ready and waiting for you - theres a bounty of croissants, muffins and scones at the ready - weve got tarts and teacakes and cheesecake and cookies, too.
