Good morning quick tip! Low back pain is very common and Im sure we all know someone who suffers/suffered with low back pain or sacroiliac pain. For many of you, you are the one who suffers. When there is an episode it can take you out for days, weeks, or even months! Stabbing pain, stiffness, afraid to move, limited range of motion, trouble sleeping, hurts to sit, etc.. Here is a technique to try, or share, that may increase natural motion in your sacroiliac joint which can significantly reduce discomfort. I personally use this technique in combination with foam rolling, using my lacrosse ball, and static stretching; especially after a heavy leg day when my SI joint starts feeling locked up.
