Good morning to all on this fine and bright Sunday morning. No headache or hangover today as I have to be fit to say confession in the chapel of choice today. Yesterday was a funny sort of day. Caught up with a few friends and heard from a mate and his wife who is usually off chasing wildlife and saving it from destruction by developers and mining companys. I hope to .have a meeting with them over the Christmas break. Christmas is a fine time to meet up with friends and renew your friendship. My family is well spread now and I do not get to see them as much as I would like, mainly due to the fact that I am to lazy to travel South to see them. So my friends of the RSL and the time I spend volunteering at the retirement home give me a outlet and pleasure. I also enjoy. The company of those regulars at the local hostelries . Life is good to me. It could be better, but I am happy to settle for what I have. We all want more, it is natural. Main things though are health and a full belly with the company of good friends. Thanks to all who I call friends. Merry Christmas.
