Good morning weaners! Sonali needs some advice from other vegetarian mums - Is anyone else bringing up their baby vegetarian? I was raised vegetarian and still am. I dont know what to do about my baby - I hate the thought of giving him food I dont eat, and am confident about my own diet, but I dont want him to lack anything. I was contemplating offering him fish, not meat (of course we both already eat dairy - Im not vegan). What is anyones experience bringing up vegetarian babies? I have already been criticised by other mums for even thinking about it. And what good blw vegetarian foods are you offering?
