Good mornng FamBam. Lastnight was awesome. Well finally got the sleep that Ive been waiting for after four nights,imagine that. The rest of the troops were hanging out it one room infact, my former room. LOL, tried and ate snake meat again like Ive expected. This Taiwan restaurant is the first restaurant since last year that I was here to ever let me add ingredients to making this snake meat tasted more like like ah pak siu. Yes thats right pak siu. Other menu dishes were brought out to our table as well but this was the only soup that we touched with at least one round of beer to go with it. Our guide infact said this in his own words, WARNING- THE WORDS ARE TRUE THE WAY MY EARS HEARD IT PRONOUNCED-- We we neber try dis one befah, I asked, snake, and he said aaa? guide- soerry eeee u say snake? me- yes snake, guide- to the other guide- in Taiwanese, the second guide- he tinks yu zoking, me- no no no no zoking, first guide - dis wong not snake, dis wong feesh, me- dis wong snake not feesh only taste like feesh but naht feesh, first guide-laughing laughing laughing and says in Taiwanese to second guide, second guide laughs too, spills his beer says something in Taiwanese and then english to me, stupea man. me- eat eat we feeneesh, first guide- I most ge dis reserpee ( I swear I thought I heard him say I peed), me- easy easy easy you can du, second guide- he no unndesstand, me- no undesstand wha? second guide- he no undesstand why he pee himself, bwahahahahaha. Everyone laughing. Yesterday final review of our classroom and hands on training and today is our final review of whats to be expected on the test. Classroom review on map schematic readings and then back to the dorm to pack. Moving to hotel tomorrow afternoon. Second time well be staying in a five star hotel. Have a good one everyone and den sum.LOL.
