Good news for magic book publishers like me (Natzler Enterprises), L&L, Hermetic Press, Vanishing inc etc., etc is that (according to many dealers and shops) magicians are reverting back to the written word and veering away from DVDs. Maybe theyre fed up with over-priced one-trick DVDs or, more likely, they are beginning to realise that books are the long-lasting marriage as opposed to the one-night fling. Sure, DVDs are are good learning tool, but books offer so much more. What do they offer? How long have you got!?
