Im shocked. This is a first in 15 years. I had a custom real estate sign/full post and sign rider stolen from the front yard of my listing in Aliso Viejo. Seriously..it is of no value to anyone but another Realtor (the stake part anyway). So Im thinking I just help someone with their sign post needs. (and no there are no sign restrictions in this tract) Pretty sad Id say. Ive had people take open house arrows and cut out my name so they can use them (and yes Ive seen them being used..you would think they would go to a different city or area at least) Well hopefully they make a sale and can afford their own sign post next time! Rant over :)
