[Good news from the vet so far so I am posting 3 pictures that illustrate Rosies robust little spirit and her sense of humor. In one, thats just her butt photo bombing her big brother Tater. Then sitting up high next to Tater. And in the other, shes got her butt in the air saying, You cant catch me! :)] Midnight update: Miss Rosie got through surgery fine. The doctor said her spine looked healthy, despite there being more disc material than they thought there would be from a single ruptured disc. She said she has seen some little Doxxies do great. Rosie wont get to come home for several days, but we can visit tomorrow right after school. They dont know yet if she is moving her legs. Prior to surgery, she was not, but she still had deep pain sensation, which is the poetic way they say she can feel it if they pinch her foot. (Knowing Rosie, shell poo on whoever did that even though it was for her own good.) Were much relieved. Thanks to all for your kind words.
