Good news re: my stolen purse, etc.: Thanks to friends who suggested I call my house insurance, Ill be getting about half of my losses covered. Thanks to the generosity of the people of Wyandotte who donated money to me to help when they heard about what happened, and Eddie Mandela, for his awesome help, too, I now have only a $600 loss, down from over $2,000, which is a bit easier to deal with. Ill miss the material possessions I had attached sentimental value to, but I have all the really important things left intact, like love, friendship and my health. A few more shots of whiskey, and I just might stop shaking! HUGS! Theres got to be a painting in this all somewhere.....
