Good posture challenge! Would you like to take off ten pounds instantly, reduce depression, appear more confident, discourage constipation, and reduce stress??? Stand up straight! All of these benefits and more can be yours if you make good posture a habit. Constantly check for good posture for the next couple of days while standing, sitting, and walking. Is your neck straight, shoulders back, stomach sucked in, pelvis tucked under? Of course, dont over correct. Natural alignment feels and looks good. Call to action: Im going to watch my posture over the next three days as much as possible. Would anyone like to commit the next three days to doing this with me? If so, post a before and after posture picture for me in the comments. Ill get it started! And yeah, if you add a frown and then a smile it looks even more dramatic lol!
