Good training Sunday, I would say that all of you could be fitter ! So home work time . Every morning when you get up bang out 10 sit ups ( proper ones ) follow that with 10 press ups and finish with 10 more sit ups ! It will take you about 1 - 1.5 mins to do this . Drink plenty of water at least a litre and a litre and half - weight watchers drink water when hungry, cut out surgery snacks ( most muslie bars are packed with sugar ) and bread and see how you go - try a couple chicken drums instead or cold chop and bit of tomato and lettuce in a container .
