For my English speaking friends the gist is: Mr Lukashenko a Russian Aviation Accident Expert makes the following points - It was not a Ukrainian 125 Jet that shot down MH17 - as the plane identified by the Russian Intelligence Generals only attacks ground units, however, that was their best and most popular theory. - The news host questions him asking if the Russian Intelligence officers lied. The response is this is a political war and they should not have been commenting on it in the first place. But they should be submitting their finding to neutral organisations performing the investigation, not Russian or Ukrainian aligned. - The contents of the black box are irrelevant and the investigation of the crash site will lead to finding who pushed the trigger, because, at the end of the day that is the party responsible. - In Mr Lukashenkos opinion of who is to blame for the accident, he clearly stated the viewers (Russians, as this is a Russian News program) will not like his view of what happened. Much respect to Mr Lukashenko.
