Goodbye Mr Delbosque..I lost all the respect i had for this man last nyte.As soon as i saw his first eleven ystdy,i cud tell he was a man under a lot of pressure from the critisism after that infamous loss against the dutch men.At his age and what he has achieved,i dont think he shud be the man to wilt from other forces..I wrote a column on this page before the match criticising him prefered personel against chile.AS A PERSON WHO HAS WATCHED BARCELONAS every match for over ten years,i cud certainly understand it wasnt the wite personel for the game.Yes spain has got good talent playing everywhere in europe but when u come to a national team match that shud bring results,then u sinply stay with them on the bench.The team that lost to netherlands were not that bad besides a few changes delbosque needed to do.He simply shud have removed David Silva,AZPLICUETA and DIEGO COSTA.so David Villa and Pedro Rodrigues shud have ocupiec the attacking wings while Francesc Fabregas taking the centre forwad which the critics has now dubbed false 9...Juanfran from Atletico Madrid shudve taken the right back as simple as THAT.If Mr Delbosque wanted to tinger with the defence,then the right thing shudve been to patner Gerard Pique and Javi Martinez from Bayern Munich and bring Sergio Ramos on his natural right back position he has played almost all his carrier even when he used to play for sevilla upto the 2010 world cup.That way Spain wud have centre backs with height and a lot of ball play while Jordi Alba and Sergio Ramos will also cause havoc on the wings with their good attacking wing play.Spain play tiki taka mainly because of the composition of Barcelona players they have from the euro 2008 till now,that play involved a lot of players from the golkeeper and the centre backs who build play from the back and not jus kick balls to the centre forwards.Anyone in the world can pass the ball but it is the manner in which barcelona players do it because its their food from la masia to the senior team that has given balance to delbosques team.However he forgot thalast nyte and removed XAVI HENANDES in that central park to replace him with Alonso.XABI ALONSO is not a creative man or prepared to receive the ball in tite places,he doesnt have the vision either to drive the team,he is only a hard and physical man.Thus why barcelona never plays XAVIER MASCERANO in that position because it defeats the objective of their football.Gerard Pique mite have his own problems on the back but is so vital for the tiam because he is such a fantastic ball player on the ground that u can mistake him to an attacking midfielder and the coach axed him again,WHAT A COACH??..tiki taka needs people who are so good in holding the ball and make the right decisions then attacking the opponent box with a moderate rate of finishing half chances not the likes of David Silva and Azplicueta.They may be playing good in britain but thus not the men foe spanish football because unlike in britain where u can make a lot of errors and people still clap hands for u and still get away with the results,you cant in spanish colours.wqhen spain play,jus like barcelona,the oponents deploy many defenders and that makes a m,atch so complex there by u got to finish the half chances rite away or the oposition will get a set piece and harm u for once.In that game against the dutch,XAVI and Iniesta took turns to feed both diego costa and David silva with very good chances insise the 18 yard box with only the keeper and they both wasted them because they are not used to tite spaces.They just did their duty as ataking midfielders didnt they?Ramos and his goalkeeper were very terrible on the dutch game were they not??tha means the coach made horrible decicions in ystdys match including leaving silva and costa who wasted the chances ahainst holland.For xample,if silva and costa took their chances which xavi gave them three and iniesta one,it cudve been reading spain 4-0 to the dutch by half time..Do u think spasin cudve lost that match,certainly NO....that shows he was jus waiting for barcelona to make changes in their play and he cud follow with no thinking on himself.BARCA told us the whole world a match can be won with a real striker.spain followed that with the same personel to win the world cup and euro 2012 and all the qualifiers of brazil 2014.then why does delbosque change the team and type of play in the middlle of a tonament whose duration can be decided with a result of a single match...BYE BYE DEL....but i have lost all the respect i had for this man.....
