Goodbye summer tomatoes, hello butternut squash. Its another Indian Summer and we are feeling it in the kitchen. Chef has made rock shrimp fritters again this time serving it with a chili aioli; butternut squash shows up as bisque and on a pizza with capocollo ham; yes, it works! And green apples brighten up flavors in our risotto and hash which accompanies our duck breast. Come in and enjoy early fall flavors.
