Goood morning! Todays Ledership Tip: Distractions! 5 years ago, when I signed up and decided to build my final dynasty......I realized that my company Unicity International had every thing I needed! So I put my head down, I didnt look left or right, I kept my eyes on the prize and 5 years later I turned my dreams into reality! I am now living my dreams in the Unicity Philippines Dreams do come true .....Just stay focused and believe and dont get distracted If there is one key tip: Dont let distractions steal and rob you of your goals and dreams! Your downline can be a distraction, the best way I could stop my downline from distracting me, was leading by example: HOW? by always enrolling new leaders, that takes away ALL excuses! When they see you doing it What really motavated me was I could not afford to be distracted I trained myself, and its so easy to be distracted, but I could not afford it, so I put my blinders on and just kept setting the pace! Every Single RANK ADVANCEMENT I had to enroll a bunch of new people! I am so grateful and happy I did! When my old downline see me enrolling and bulding new leaders, it takes away all the excuses ..........no more complaining, or blaming, because your doing it, right in front of there eyes! By the way .....I love my downline, the old downline .....and we need them, and were thankful for them, but honestly there going to do what ever they want to do......so be grateful for them but you cant accomplish what you want or get your goals and dreams to come true with the old downline .......probably cant even move up one rank......with out enrolling new leaders! So be nice to the old downline, be thankful but keep buiding and teaching and training new leaders! Now that its Labor day weekend in USA and in Canada Summer is over nows the time, its Fall Harvest time, which is the best months of the year, for massive action, then onto 2015. The next 12- 18 months can be Your Golden Opportunity .......dont miss it, stay focused on what you want, dont let distractions get in the way and keep enrolling new people!
