Gooooooooooo MORNING SCA! Its gorgeous out...spring is finally here. Coronation yesterday was beautiful. An Amazing King and Queen (Kenric and Avelina) stepped down. They achieved the best any SCA monarchs could achieve, they were/are loved by their kingdom. They inspired, they represented, they touched the individuals in the populace. Vivat. Our newly crowned Majesties (Brennan and Caoilfhionn) have set our kingdom aflame with hope and anticipation. They were widely popular highnesses seemingly everywhere and accessible to everyone. May they rule long and fair and may the Kingdom love them as they loved their predecessors. Im biased, but this is my fb so there bleah! It was the little vignettes that always get me at events. The hustle! and bustle in the kitchen, Sharing a little knowledge with a friend, the all out gaffaw of beautiful women at a inane tanaka moment, A quiet word with a respected duke, a look and a smile from someone I admire, Tyger Number One responding to my statement Im a snarky, profane, wiseassed Jersey boy with a serene Maybe youre the Tyger we need for a new generation There is Magic in our game...there really is. You have to realize that the magic is us and what we do with it.
