Gordon Ramsey part 3 Then on to entrees red mullet with dried wagu beef and caviars, served with local grilled vegetables and Potato gnocchi , then milk fed veal medallion with polenta cake , fried artichoke and smoked a jus , Then the finale a chocolate cake and crumble orange mousse and vanilla cream then mint tropical Coconut Vacherin , then the most amazing petit fours and chocolate served with dry ice And of course amazing wines and champagne , a walk down to the pool level then a chauffeured driven Mercedes to get us back to our hotel ! it was one of those very memorable meals spent with family ! Not our usual thanksgiving no turkey or cranberry sauce but the polenta served with the veal was like southern cornbread dressing I must admit Scott and I love turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce panini style sandwiches the day after thanksgiving so will miss those today so will have to wait till christmas for our turkey !
