Represent Northeast Region at World-level Competition BriefingWire, 3/23/2014 - NEW YORK (March 23, 2014) – The World’s Our Little Miss Pageant has returned to the New York area and is seeking 10 talented girls and women to compete at the 52nd annual World’s Our Little Miss as the 2014-2015 New York Our Little Miss New York Regional Royalty. Participation and application at the regional level is free, according to local organizers. “There is a full range of age divisions, from baby on up, in which you can participate. Talent is required for ages 7 and older and the Universal Ms. Division includes women 18 and older who are or have been married. Therefore, there is no age limit. There is no size limit,” said Lourdes Martinez, regional organizer. The 2014 World’s Our Little Miss Official Pageant will be held in Miami, Fla. during the Fourth of July holiday at the Miami Airport Convention Center. Babies, girls and women from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, and New Hampshire are invited to apply for the regional title. Those who are selected to represent the region at the 2014-2015 Worlds Our Little Miss will reign with their regional title during one year. They will receive the official regional crown matching their title, scepter and winner’s robe (for queens) to keep just following the World competition, Martinez said: “Unless of course, they win at the World level, which would be a life-changing experience.” To apply for the regional titles, follow this link: https://newyorkolm.wufoo/forms/zu2mwh1xbfg9l/ “We are proud to be active once again in the region and wanted to do something special for the many, many talented girls and women here. So, there is no cost to apply or compete for the regional title in this region. This is exclusively for the New York region and only for this inaugural season. However, only those attending the current Worlds competition with this delegation will be crowned as the regional winners and reign as such,” Martinez said. “Therefore, if you are selected, you must attend or the title will be passed down. Our experienced judges will select the regional title winners.
