Got a big hill? ......Then youve got yourself a killer cardio workout! Sprint up that hill, walk/jog down --Do it 10 times!! That is a workout! Go get ya some!! P.S. Wear some trail type shoes with some grip. It helps....My favorite are the shoes that I use for all of my mud runs, etc. Salomon is the brand (I have the Speedcross) they are not cheap but if you do mud runs you will love them! ....love em for this type of stuff and amazing in the mud!! #hillsprints #sprints #cardio #killthehill #salomon
