Got a call today from my UCLA health coordinator, seems I have a few hurdles to jump with regard to test results. I need further imaging according to mammogram results, this has happened a few times in the recent past and things turned out okay, UCLA may require a needle biopsy though. I am scheduled to have a procedure to replace my stints, and now with the results of my latest abdominal sonogram, it seems I I have more swollen lymph nodes in the area of the pancreas in addition to the existing nodes by my liver. The doctor will biopsy them during stint procedure. Last but not least, I have an appointment with a infectious disease doctor regarding the cocci fungus in my lung, at the rate things are going I will probably have to have that removed by laparoscopic surgery. The government regulates all organ transplants and it needs to be determined that there are no other areas with cancer. Whats a person to do? I have to comply if I want the transplant, so please, continued prayers for me.
