Got another blueberry bush in the ground yesterday! Hopefully by 2016 we should have some fresh blueberries to eat!!!! We are having a very productive year so far: tomatoes are on the vines, cucumbers are in bloom, pumpkins are looking real good, the beans are vining and getting ready to bloom, and we already have a few bell peppers ,golf ball size! Our corn though was eaten by ,we think, squirrels!!! Those rascals waited till it was up about 3 inches then devoured it! Thought it was deer at first but no tracks in the garden! A good friend told us about squirrel liking corn and we did see some down by the garden that week but had no clue that they were just waiting to feast!!! LOL
