Got court tomorrow. The Judge and ex want me labelled a vexatious litigant and what kills me is that Ive never been the one to instigate any legal action in this stupid FCoA as Ive always been the respondent in proceedings. But because Ive taken matters back last year to prove their lies, TheRapists lies and the exs lies, I am playing with people with enormous power and they want to shut me up. My children are being held hostages against their wills in the exs house, only allowed to go to school under strict observation, and being abused by my ex and her extended family and friends. My children complain to deaf ears. DHS have been there and seen my children locked up in that shithole on their own without a telephone and all doors and windows locked, no food in cupboards andf fridge and if there is a fire they will be burned alive. All DHS scumbag Senior Investigator could say is that my kids dont communicate with their mother and that is all they are interested in. They tipped the mother off and a few days later when they went back for their official visit the food stocks were overflowing. DHS have told me that there is no evidence of abuse when I know there is yet I cannot do a thing and so tomorrow in court it will be the final nail in my coffin damn it!!! Beaten to death by a bunch of parasites hellbent on not exposing the exs criminal ways at my expense. How much more misery world?? How much?? Isnt it bad enough that the FCoA and its Fraternity of scumbags have kidnapped my children from me?? I havent seen them in 3 whole years yet I have orders for contact that cannot be enforced!!! My children are almost 16yo and almost 12yo. They have a mind of their own and want to be with me. WTF??? I am a wreck. Tomorrow at 9am in Courtroom 4G of the Family Court of Australia in Melbourne, I will have my life totally destroyed by lies. Its a disgrace!!!! I want Justice damn it!! Justice for my children. I need to get them out of that House of Horrors and into my loving arms ASAP. Preston DHS are a bunch of CRIMNALS!!!!!!
