Got it done! 60 min walk. This is important, even monumental, because before chronic disease (or so they say) I used to just go out for long walks or a quick 5k before dinner... No big deal. After, I couldnt walk 20-30 minutes without feeling the need to go to bed-I would be wiped out! I have been using trainers at the gym for about 12 of the last 16 months and know that my endurance has come at a very slow pace, but it has. I am thankful for their help too. Did I have to have them? No, but I love the support, guidance and push they have given me to not give up! I am slowly coming back to me! YAY! Sarah Melne🎉
