Got my Rocky on today, no weights just did 30 minutes of boxing along with some hill sprints. I love boxing as a form of exercise as it enhances many attributes that will help you become a fitter person.... Better cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility, explosive power, good core strength, and good flexibility. I do boxing with a number of my clients and they all love it, its a great workout and doesnt get boring, which are two things I always try to achieve in my sessions. #jvfitness #rocky #boxing #workout
