Got my phone all taken care of finally. I Went from Verizon service (450 minutes talk, 1000 texts, 2GB data fr $85) to Straight Talk (unlimited everything $48). At first I was stuck on AT&Ts towers with Edge mobile data speeds which are very very slow...slower than 1X. I then paid $55 to have my phone remotely flashed so I could use Straight Talk on Verizons towers at 3G speeds. Took about an hour, but went without any real issues at all. The only bad things have been I had to factory reset my phone (lost everything I hadnt backed up to SD), and my texts are a little weird when people send pictures. Well worth the $35/mo Ill be saving from now on! I also had thrown away my Verizon sim card, which was needed for the flashing...so I had to get another used one off E-Bay for $5 :( So far Im extremely happy with how its turned out.
