Got some great news this evening....my dissertation proposal has been approved by my committee and now moves on to University Review and IRB approval. For those of you not involved in a dissertation process, this means I am finally going to move in to the data collection and analysis phase of my PhD dissertation project. I AM BEYOND EXCITED!! It has been a long and winding road, but I am so happy to be here and ready for the next steps. Dr. Linda Kingery by the time I am 65!!!!!
