Got some stump digging done with the excavator today. Got the log splitter towed back up by the wood pile so I am ready to split again. Helped out a friend by teaching them how to do an oil change and air filter cleaning on her tractor. Not that great looking of a day so you know what that means!!!! Time to see whats cooking in Lawrences kitchen!!! :) Today I am going to BBQ some steak. Got some baked tater going in the oven along with some squash. There is a nice big Caesar salad all ready to go. Trying a type of mushroom I havent tried before (oyster mushrooms). Had a Spanish onion slightly bigger than a 5-pin bowling ball that I sliced into 1 inch thick slices that I will do on the BBQ with the steak. Figured while the oven is on anyway I am doing up a batch of chipotle chicken wings to snack on later this week. Smelling really good around here right now. Whos hungry???? LOL!!!!
