What I said on that post was not only ignorant, out of character, and uncalled for but at the same time was completely misunderstood! When I said I pray it happens to one of you I should have been more detailed. I was meaning, I hope one of you who were asking for this ladys head, accidentally make a mistake like she did and then I think you would change your tune about the strict punishment that you were asking for. I NEVER IN ANY WAY was saying that I hope you get hit by a car!! I would NEVER suggest such a thing! But I do see how that statement could have been taken the wrong way so again, I apologize. People make mistakes! Every one of us! We are human! I think this lady should be punished somehow, but not thrown under the jail for it. She has to live with this guilt for the rest of her life! Her family also has to deal with it! As for the I ought to side swipe one of you comment. I 100% sincerely apologize for that ignorant off the hip statement. I would never in any way shape or form ever hurt another human being or animal purposely! It was like me telling my child I ought to ground you for a year! Just a statement. NOT A THREAT! Its not in my nature! I am very loving devoted father to my children and try to set a good example for them in life by being a good human being towards others. I made a stupid, not thinking comment. Im sure none of you have ever done that though right? I just made it on social media which was a big no no! As for people making death threats. First off, all of your names, pictures, and profiles have been documented and sent to my lawyer just in case you decide to get stupid. Remember, I know how to defend myself too. Second of all, would you really go to prison over hating something someone said? Thats just plan stupid. 3rd of all, I dont give a crap if you want to shame me on social media, but to put a pic of my kids on there is crossing the line! They are innocent in this blown out of proportion matter! Its not hard to crop a pic! As for saying I didnt care about this man who died. I NEVER said I didnt feel sorry for this man! YOU ASSUMED THAT! It sucks! That was someones father, uncle, daddy, brother, etc...! I think it was a complete tragedy and my heart and prayers go out to his family and friends. Thats the whole reason I read the article! Because I thought it was such a horrible tragedy! I COMPLETELY agree that motorist need to pay more attention to the road instead of being on the damn phone all the time! Too many bikers and motorist are killed out of complete negligence! One of my best friends was completely paralyzed 20 years ago because of an elderly woman pulling out in front of him. He was going the speed limit! He passed away a couple of years ago from long term results. Just for the record...... I did apologize on the same article that I made the stupid comment! But of course no one conveniently saw that! I posted it right above where Sherry asked me to call her. I also emailed Sherry and apologized but of course you werent told about that either so thats why Im writing this. I know a lot of you are just gonna read this and take it the way you want to take it. Funny how people are quick to ask for forgiveness but never want to give it! I have NEVER in my life had any enemies simply because Im that guy that gets along with everyone! I just made a stupid comment and I sincerely apologize for saying it. This is all I have to say. Im not gonna respond to your threatening comments. Ill let my lawyer deal your threats that have been communicated. I hope your a bit more understanding now and calm down a bit. Let it go. Theres a lot more things in life to worry about than someones stupid comments.
