Got up at 3 am...Ive seen those numbers from the other direction, but its been a while since Ive gotten up from sleep to see those numbers on my clock! Out the door by 4 am to drive th Millersburg to pick up what turned out to be just 2 puppies, one going to new Orleans, and the other going to Salt Lake City. Discovered after arrival at the cargo facility that I couldnt drop off the new Orleans one until less than 4 hours before flight time, so i had to find a way to kill a couple hours before i could drop that one off. I went to Bob Evans, got a good breakfast, and then did what any self-respecting older man would do: I took a nap, in my van, for about an hour. Then back to the cargo facility, got things all done for Flash (that was the name the breeder gave him) to be placed on a plane to New Orleans. Headed home and made a couple stops to get gas, a prescription ready to be picked up, and a Starbucks Clover Komodo Dragon coffee, my new favorite! So now Im home, sipping my coffee, and feeling like I got something done today...and exhausted.
