Gotta love the irony... the so-called Transparent Airfares Act of 2014 is specifically designed to allow airlines to go back to their old ways. They can now advertise airfares for whatever they want, as long as they disclose any additional taxes and fees somewhere, even if its just with an asterisk and a link to their website.
