Gov. Amosun Approves 2014 Promotion The Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has approved the release of Year 2014 Promotion to deserving officers in the State Civil Service. A release signed by the Chairman, Civil Service Commission, Chief (Mrs.) Aderonke Folarin noted that 3,592 officers including senior officers from GL. 07 –GL. 17, junior officers from GL. 01- GL. 06 and 106 officers for upgrading have been approved for promotion. Chief (Mrs.) Folarin stated that the present administration has shown interest in the welfare of workers since inception by regular payment of salaries, leave bonuses as well as prompt promotion of its workforce. The statement further indicated that the approval of the 2014 promotion is in accordance with Senator Ibikunle Amosun’s commitment to workers’ well-being and therefore urged officers to improve themselves for better performance.
