Gov. Mike Pence says he would like a second sentence prohibiting civil unions to be restored in the proposed constitutional ban on gay marriage so the issue can go to voters in November, a new report says. Pence previously said that he wants to resolve the issue this year, and the Indiana Houses decision to eliminate that sentence could delay a vote on the amendment for another two years. Do you think the second sentence should be added back in so the amendment can go to voters this year?
