The Complaint in connection with the killing of innocent people of India with the knowledge of all related Department of Government of India and State Governments .Around 15,000 (approximately) trucks are on road under NATIONAL PERMIT carrying vehicles on daily basis for delivery . The manufacturers of Two Wheelers and Four Wheeler vehicles across the country force Transportes to construct the body which is not permitted in any part of Country . The loading , transportation and delivery is solely responsibility of PRODUCT OWNERS . This act has been taking life of thousands of People every year just for FINANCIAL gains . There are cases of Overloading also . This violation has been a regular feature with the knowledge of manufacturers of Two Wheelers and Four Wheeler vehicles and all related Department of Government of India and State Governments . Who is responsible ? It is shocking that all related Government Departments , Insurance Companies , Approving Authorities , RTO , Police , Excise & Taxation Departments , National Highway Authority , Railway Departments are well aware of the Violation and effects of thereafter . Due to Over Length , Over Width and Over Height Drivers face issues like poor visibility , Control on vehicle and hold the vehicle in emergency . Apart from accidents and loss of Human and Animal Life the loss of Property , Railway Bridges etc are common feature . After accidents , disruption in traffic is a common feature . These 15000 (approximately) trucks travel approx 9,75,00,000 ( Nine crore Seventy Five Lakh) kilometers in a month pay Rs. 28 Crore National Permit + 8 Crore taxes + 53 Crore Third Part Insurance + 50 Crore Toll + 50 Crore State Entry Tax + 50 Crore fine in the shape of Challan on monthly basis apart from Bribe . Is this more important than a Human Life ? The Insurance Companies are more responsible than any other Office in question as THIRD PARTY CLAIMS were dispersed or in litigation in the Country were never questioned . Insurance Companies and the Company ( owner of Product ) never disclosed the fact i.e change in approved body of the carrying vehicles in the court or some other institution .The insurance companies are equally liable for the loss of life & property . Transportes are being harassed most of the times and forced to take load in unapproved bodies . They were challaned and allowed to go to destination with the silent permission to do more offence on road . I WILL WAIT FOR THE REPLY TILL 30 DAYS .
