CATEGORY OF POSTS OM RBA SC ST ALC HANDICAPPED SOC TOTAL ATTENDANTS 04 02 01 01 - 01 09 The posts advertised are subject to increase or decrease depending upon the No. of clear vacancies at the time of selection process. Terms & Conditions: 01. The pay scales of posts mentioned above shall be 4440-7440+1300 (Grade pay) has fixed mode of salary for the 1ST five years in terms of Govt. order No. 257-F of 2011, dated. 27.01.2011 read with SRO 332 of 20111 dated 28.11.2011 as per the table shown below: 02. All the posts mentioned are district cadre. 03. The candidates must possess minimum basis qualification as Matric & maximum 04. The minimum age of the candidate as on 01.01.2013 shall be as under: a) 18 years & 37 years in case of open merit. b) 39 years in case of physically challenged candidates. c) 40 years in case of Ex. Service man. d) 40 years in case of candidates already in Govt. Service/ contractual employee. e) 40 years in case of SC/ST/RBA candidates. f) The application for above refereed posts shall be received up to 04:00 pm till 04.08.2013. Application forms incomplete in any matter shall be liable to rejection without notice. The application forms with over writing/ mutilated entries or fake documents shall also be liable to rejection with or without penal action. 05. The in-service candidates/ contractual employees shall prepare a photocopy of the application forms and route the photo copied application form through proper channel viz through the concerned head of deptt. While as the application form dully filled shall be delivered / dispatched by post in the same manner as applicable to the other candidates. In the event of the failure of the candidate to the route the application forms through proper channel his/ her eligibility shall be assessed as if he/ she is not an in service candidate. 06. The last date for the receipt of application forms, as prescribed above shall cut of date for determining eligibility to apply for the post. The age limit however, is determinable with reference to the 1st of January 2013. Any qualification/ experience acquired there after shall riot taken in to account for any purpose. Candidates possessing higher qualification than the maximum prescribed as shown need not to apply. Application forms of such candidates shall be rejected without any correspondence. 07. Call letter shall not be issued individually, how over wide publicity shall be given through print media. No claim of being un aware of the interview dates shall be entertained. In case of any stage it is established that the qualification of candidate is more than 10+2 appointment, his/her appointment shall be cancelled abintio. 08. The candidate must produce original qualification, category certificates and their testimonials before the committee at the time of interview. Any candidate fails to produce the relevant original documents on the scheduled date shall not be allowed to appear in the interview. 09. No TA/DA is admissible to concerned dates. 10. If a large number of application forms are received, the departments will short list the candidates for interview. 11.
