Governments proposal to eliminate fuel subsidies for the rich. RON95 gas only to be sold to qualifying people, quoting that people who drive Mercedes and Alphard vehicles should be restricted to use the unsubsidized RON97 only. I agree with half of it.. the half which says if you can afford a luxury car, you can also afford premium gas and leave the cheap (not so cheap actually) gas alone for the rest of us peasants. But it only makes sense if the RON95 actually becomes cheaper as the result of this elimination of subsidy. If not, well.. Ill wait and see what else comes down apart from grandpas who forget their viagras. If the government is sincere in trying to help the people in overall, I think it is Diesel which they should be reducing. Because thats what all trucks burn, the ones that are loaded with your kangkungs and chicken...
