Govt Self Appraisal.... Kudos to team led by CS Adan Mohammed.... Kudos to the team of CS Adan Mohammed, CS Judy Wakhungu and PS Cicily Kariuki and Lands PS (difficult name!). They did a good job with answering media questions on the Govt Self Appraisal. The facts on Galana Irrigation and the model farm are appreciated. The Industrialization part and creation of a good environment with ease of doing business in Kenya is on point (Bunge needs to pass the relevant companies laws). Land PS tackled the difficult questions including the relationship with the National Land Commission. The problem is not the Constitution, we need to keep steadfast on implementation of land reforms. C/S Judy answered the poaching questions and water (lets aim for 10% increased access). There are many upcoming dams. We from Nyeri need to follow the Kieni ones. This sessions should have come before the State of the Nation Address... Some MPs want Katiba to change so that Ministers are drawn from MPs... I dont support that position, Cabinet Secretaries should be dedicated professionals like the team we have. Our CSs keep up, increase your gravitas and keep sharing your vision and your work with Kenyans ...
