Govt to call APC on Counter-Terrorism on Sept. 9 ISLAMABAD: The government has called an All Parties Conference (APC) on September 9, to reach a consensus over the counter-terrorism strategy of Pakistan, ARY News reported on Friday. According to reports Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali has contacted all major political parties and they have accepted invitation. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan who had earlier declined to attend the moot have also accepted the invitation. The leaders that have been invited in the conference included leader of the opposition National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar, Jamiat-ulema Islami Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman and Jamaat Islami chief Munawar Hasan. The APC scheduled for July 12 earlier, was delayed when PTI Chairman announced that he would be leaving for the UK before the conference.
