Jesus promised this kind of help in John 14:16-17 when he said, “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper to be with you forever, the Spirit of truth. . .you know Him because He lives with you and will be in you.” Not near us. Not above us. Not around us. But in us. In the part of us we don’t even know. In the heart no one else has seen.
