Grace United Methodist Church in Conway, Arkansas is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Coordinator which will begin part-time in May 2014 and move to full-time in June 2014 . Applicants must have excellent communication and editorial skills and possess experience and expertise in computer skills (including word processing, desktop publishing, and all forms of digital media). Responsibilities include oversight of all church internal and external communications, coordination of the work and function of the church office (including clerical services and scheduling). Qualified applicants will have have strong attention to details, time management skills, interpersonal skills, people/volunteer management skills, written communication skills, and technical expertise with computer and software systems.
