Gracie had her scan and her surgeon would like to see her Wednesday. In the last few days Grace has taken a turn for the worse but she is holding her own. She is having a lot of pain and loss of energy. She is also sleeping a lot. Her PT and OT therapist have noticed on separate occasions from each other, tremors, on her right side over the past week which are very concerning. She is feeling numbness and is complaining a lot about her eyes and her body not feeling right. She is also still dropping weight...not rapidly but it is still coming off. Today she has been in bed all day, which has been kind of the norm as of late but today has been followed by a lot of complaints of more pain than the norm. My heart is heavy for my daughter as she has been through more than one should ever have to endure. Grace is always upbeat, with a beautiful smile a heart of gold. When your child comes to you and says her brain hurts so bad my heart just screams inside. She looks at me searching my eyes for answers...I hold her, say I know, I know...I am so sorry baby. My heart dies, my mind screams...I die a thousand times over wishing there was something I could. All I can do is believe. I pray over her, hold her lover her and HOPE that her surgeon has something this coming Wednesday...answers for my Gracie to bring some peace to her hurting body. This is not right for my 11 yr old girl to suffer so badly. Back in the RING I go...ready to fight for her life...the life I was entrusted with. I refuse to Flinch..I refuse to not trust the Lord...I refuse to lose ground...I know He is able.
