About the Program: Our new Graduate Winemaker Program will provide you with the opportunity to grow your career, giving you exposure to a large portfolio of successful premium wines whilst providing you with opportunities to work both locally and globally with some of the best winemakers in the industry. Based in some of the world’s most picturesque wine regions, our Graduate Winemaker Program is a two year opportunity that will provide hands on, practical experience in some of our multiple sites to assist you in building your competencies and capabilities, not only in the art of winemaking, but also broadening your knowledge and understanding of the different facets of a truly global organisation. You will be involved in cross-functional innovation projects which help develop your creativity skills and will work directly with a mentor to support you throughout the Program. What we are we looking for? The successful applicant will have: Bachelor’s Degree (completed no more than three years ago) in the disciplines of: Viticulture and Oenology, or Wine Science or Wine Growing. Demonstrate motivation to further develop your knowledge and skills in Winemaking Strong desire to pursue a career in a leading premium global wine business Have a true passion for wine Have an innovative mindset and a convivial spirit.
