Graffiti Sessions: a three day public conference - London, 3-4-5 December 2014 Artists, writers, academics, authorities and policy makers will sit at the same table, to try and reach common understandings of street art and graffiti impact and how to measure the ways they change our cities. The list of international contributors includes people like graffiti anthropologist Jeff Ferrell, founder of the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, Jane Golden, curator and writer Ingrid Beazley, cultural criminologist and graffiti scholar Alison Young, and a number of graffiti artists whose names we can reveal soon. Be there if you have any type of interest in street art, graffiti, their production and their management. There will be opportunities for everyone to have their say. Organised by UCL URBAN LABORATORY, Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, Graffiti Dialogues, Central Saint Martins and Global Street Art. In partnership with Southbank Centre and I Know What I Like.
