Graham Cracker Crust Recipe 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted Combine all of the ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Other options: You can use chocolate wafer cookies in place of the graham crackers or save cookie crumbs in a container in the freezer to use for this too. I also like to crush many graham crackers at once and store in an air tight container. Then all I need to do when I want a crust is to measure out what I need.
