Grand Opening of Le Steak Restaurant by Chef Amri!! I was one of the resident judges in Singapores frist Malay reality cooking show Cef Selebriti years back and there is this young man who caught my attention. Initially as a judge, I was very upset cos he just couldnt speak well or deliver his lines without stumbling. He CAN speak but somehow once camerad roll, he will freeze! Ha.. Ha..However the minute he started cooking he SILENCED all of us! My goodness, he can REALLY cook .... so well! I think he lets his actions speak louder than his words! But today, both his actions and his words spoke volumes about his fantastic skills in the kitchen! In less than 2 years since he opened his first restaurant at Jln Kayu, he now opens a second restaurant at Mackenzie Road!! Wow!! For someone who dont like to talk much, he gets his food to speak for him huh? CONGRATULATIONS Chef Amri!!! You have done us proud and on behalf of our Muslum Community, we would like to thank you for giving us an opportunity to experience good halal steaks at affordable fine dining prices. May ALLAH bless all you efforts! So my dear friends, pls support Chef Amris new Le Steak restaurant at 19-23 Mackenzie Road, Spore 228678 (opp. REX cinema). Tonight is their grand opening ceremony but unfortunately I cant be there (cos of my class) BUT I have insisted that I am definitely Coming back for my Steak!! Do check them out ok?
